These could range from the Factory's Act to Labour Laws, Environment Protection Act, Hazardous Waste Rules, CPCB notified emissions, consent and authorisation conditions, Noise regulations, etc. These have been ratified by certifying agencies and Haat has an excellent record while ensuring these compliances.

Haat will never accept wastes for which they / clients are not authorised. Haat's system can also comprehensively prove time taken for disposal of waste from date of receipt to date of incineration for each and every batch of waste. Monitoring of the facility is done by CCTV.
